So, I've been deprived all my life but didn't even know it until about a month ago, when I tried tres leches cake for the first time, at Mistral Kitchen in Seattle. It was moist, creamy, and sweet, and served with a scoop of strawberry sorbet, which was the perfect tart and fruity complement.
